EARL L HENDERSON TRUCKING ANNOUNCES HISTORIC DRIVER PAY INCREASE
Caseyville, IL – January 10, 2019 – Earl L Henderson Trucking is pleased to announce an historic pay increase for all company drivers! The $0.05 per mile (CPM) average pay increase is effective with any loads dispatched on or after January 15, 2019.
The pay raise is effective for all current drivers’ base (CPM) pay. In addition, company drivers can still earn a monthly fuel efficiency bonus, ranging from $0.017 (CPM) to $0.08 (CPM). A quarterly performance bonus is also in place, which can add another $0.02 (CPM) onto their base pay.
All current company drivers have been given the good news personally by their Fleet Manager. Beginning with driver orientation class on January 15, 2019—and with an anticipated hire date of January 17-18, 2019, all new drivers will also enjoy the benefits of this higher pay scale.
