Anderson Trucking Service is Now Hiring Company Drivers & Lease Operators

Being an over-the-road (OTR) truck driver at Anderson Trucking Service (ATS) has never been more rewarding than it is today. If you have a passion for excellence, safety and the challenges of hauling a variety of freight and routes, we want you on the ATS team! As an OTR driver, haul freight throughout the lower 48 states and Canada.

  • 1,500-2,000 miles per week

OTR/Van Benefits:

  • Average $1,200 – $1,500+ per week
  • Company van drivers start at 60-62 CPM based on experience
  • Average company driver pay is 71 CPM
  • $1,200/wk minimum pay guarantee (when working)
  • $1,000 orientation completion bonus or sign-on bonus
  • 1,700-2,000 miles per week
  • Guaranteed home time every two weeks when requested

  • APUs and inverters in EVERY company driver truck

Regional/OTR Van Lease Operator Benefits:

  • Average $1,300-$1,600+ per week
  • Two-year lease: $8,000 completion bonus ($2,000 after year one and $6,000 after year two)
  • No money down and no credit check!
  • Catastrophic in term of lease — Bumper-to-Bumper is 30 days + all factory warranty
  • Purchase options available at the end

Midwest Regional Positions available for Van Lease Operators in these states: IL, IN, MI, MN, OH, WI

OTR Flatbed Lease Operator Benefits:

  • Average $1,200-$1,600+ per week
  • One-year lease: $4,000 completion bonus
  • No money down and no credit check!
  • Tire fund: 1.8 CPM comes out of your check and covers the costs of new tires when you need them
  • Catastrophic in term of lease — Bumper-to-Bumper is 30 days + all factory warranty

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 21 years old with valid Class A CDL
  • Must have 6 months verifiable OTR experience
  • Must meet DOT requirements
  • Must have stable, verifiable work history & acceptable driving record
