CDL-A Truck Drivers – Home Daily

Quickway is now hiring Local CDL-A Truck Drivers in the West Memphis, Arkansas area for a direct store delivery route with preloaded trailers and electric pallet jacks.

Driver Job Details:

  • Local, Home Daily – All routes originate & return to West Memphis after each shift
  • Dedicated Route – Deliver throughout central Arkansas
  • Shift: Tuesday – Saturday, starting at 6:00 AM
  • Average 6 Stops Per Load
  • Pay: $0.53 CPM for loads 301 to 450 miles
  • Pay: $0.50 CPM for loads over 450 miles
  • Stop Pay: $20 per stop
  • Drop and Hook Pay: $13.50 per drop/hook
  • Freight Built Around eLogs Since 2011
  • All Automatic Fleet – 2015 or Newer Volvos and Macks

Driver Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 23 years of age
  • Must have CDL A license
  • Must have a minimum of 1 year verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience
  • Zero tolerance policy on any positive drug/alcohol test results
  • No reckless driving charges
  • No DUI or DWI within 5 years
  • No chargeable accidents in the past 12 months
  • No more than 3 moving violations and/or accidents combined in the past 36 months
  • No driving while license suspended or suspensions due to points
  • Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations
  • Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen
