Flatbed Truck Driver Job Description

Flatbed drivers are responsible for pickup and delivery of products that include construction, palletized freight,  heavy machinery, and much more. Freight moved by flatbed trailers may come from major shipping companies, railyards, and warehouses. Drivers may need to know how to operate a forklift for loading/unloading of materials. These drivers will need to possess strapping and tarping skills, and safety knowledge.
