CDL-A Dedicated Flex Truck Driver
Dedicated truck drivers enjoy the many privileges that come with having consistent customers. Unlike our other dedicated accounts, our dedicated flex position offers a good balance of driving for multiple dedicated customers. As a dedicated flex driver, you’ll enjoy a steady schedule with variety in your routes each week, as well as a guaranteed minimum pay of $1,400 per week.
As a Dedicated Flex Truck Driver, you can expect:
- Competitive pay:
- Average $1,725 per week; $90,000 per year
- Guaranteed minimum of $1,400 per week if available to work the entire week and training is completed
- Starting pay is .66 cpm
- Miles will fluctuate depending on which account you are working on
- Stop and loading/unloading pay (not all accounts)
- Detention, breakdown, and layover pay when applicable
- Company sponsored per diem program
- Home weekly, drivers who wish to accept two-week assignments, with a 34-hour reset on the road, will receive an additional $200 in per diem
Job Requirements:
- Drivers must have Class A CDL
- Being adaptable to change and having the desire to work with a wide variety of freight
- Occasionally support other Averitt operations when needed; to ensure you’ll always be rolling
- Serve multiple customers, will only work for 1 account at a time (a minimum of 1 week or until the customer’s needs are met) then haul another dedicated customer’s product
