Located in the heart of New Ulm, MN, J&R Schugel is now offering miles of opportunities for established Class A Team drivers, featuring competitive 0.75 CPM – 0.80 CPM. Our routes span the length of I-35, stretching East into the Midwest, down to Texas, and extending to portions of the Northeast and Southeast, served by multiple terminals in strategic locations. Our commitment to our drivers is unwavering. As part of our ongoing dedication to providing the best for our team, we are thrilled to announce a $65 Million investment in new state-of-the-art equipment. Truck Driver Top Pay & Benefits:
- Pay Range: 75 CPM – 0.80 CPM
- 02 CPM monthly, 18,000 – 18,999 miles
- 03 CPM monthly, 19,000 – 19,999 miles
- 05 CPM monthly, 20,000 + miles

Truck Driver Additional Benefits:
- Well-Equipped Late-Model Tractors and Trailers equipped with APUs or Idle Smart
- Detention Pay and Layover Pay
- Stop Pay (excluding first and last pick up/drop off)
- Orientation Pay
- Pet and Rider Program Available
- We also pay for Transportation, Motel (single), and Meals while in Orientation
Truck Driver Requirements:
- Minimum Age of 21
- Must have a Valid CDL-A Commercial Driver’s License
- Must have 6 months of Experience
- Must Pass DOT Physical and Drug Screen
- Safe Driving Record (no serious violations or patterns of irresponsible driving)
